Who pays?

• Our advice is free.

• The medical fees are covered by international medical insurance policies, according to your insurance policy terms and conditions. If your insurer provides worldwide coverage, you will have no out of pocket expenses. Other services (advice, referrals, etc) are free of charge. Please contact us for any further information.

• All bills are isuued by DOC in the CITY and sent, if you wish, directly to your insurance. In this case, we will send you a copy for your information.

• Please note that some services will not be covered if your have changed your insurance coverage and taken out a Swiss medical insurance policy.
